Today, we want to share exciting news about our latest philanthropic endeavor through World Mission Partners!
Your Rochester Dental Team’s Latest Mission Trip
From February 15-22, Dr. Katie Post, her husband, Jason Post, MD, and other team members of Northwest Dental Group will head to the Dominican Republic to serve the great people of the Punta Cana rural communities.
Working together with other professional volunteers, we will provide a variety of services to those in need of basic medical and dental treatments, as well as emergency care thanks to help from Dr. Jason Post. We will be performing tooth extractions, dental fillings, and other restorative procedures and sharing educational resources with local doctors and dentists of the community to help them provide the latest care to their patients in need.
Here’s How YOU Can Help!
While we’re going to be bringing along all the equipment and oral care products to treat patients in Punta Cana, we could really use some help gathering other basic necessities our team may need to work in a tough climate and to better serve these poor communities.
We’re asking for donations like:
- Sunglasses
- Baseball caps
- Prenatal vitamins
- TUMS
- Flip flops
