Dentist

Northwest Dental Group has served Rochester and surrounding area for more than a half-century and we are a 5-year, award-winning practice in search of a highly motivated, professional, and driven associate doctor to join our outstanding team. The ideal candidate for this position has the ability to care for a wide range of ages, is proficient in performing routine exams and complex dental procedures, and is committed to 5-star quality patient care.Those who are qualified and in search of a long-term career opportunity in a cutting edge practice are encouraged to submit an application today.
Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat patients with appropriate services, including oral exams, extractions, root canals, crowns, and cosmetic dentistry.
  • Prescribe medications to patients as needed.
  • Communicate with your assistants and corresponding staff regarding patient treatment plans.
  • Document all consultations, diagnoses, medications, and recommended treatments.
  • Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and any diagnoses and reasoning for recommended treatments.

Dental Assistant

Northwest Dental Group has served Rochester and surrounding area for more than a half-century and we are a 5-year, award-winning practice in search of a dedicated, professional, and driven (Licensed/Certified) Dental Assistant who can keep our examination rooms clean and organized and assist during patient procedures. We serve all demographics of the population and we operate a busy office with high levels of traffic. The ideal candidate would be able to perform basic cleanings, patient x-rays, and file and enter patient treatment plans and records.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare examination rooms and maintaining a sterile and clean work environment
  • Sterilizing instruments and organizing equipment
  • Assist in updating patient records
  • Ability to perform dental cleanings and patient x-rays
  • Assist doctors during patient procedures
  • Educate patients on post-op instructions following procedures and the importance of maintaining their oral health
  • Help make patients feel welcomed and relaxed
  • Reviewing, entering, filing corresponding office patient records
